サッシのサッソ・バリサーノ地区に位置する洞窟レストラン。大聖堂から降りたところ。ここの売りはなんといってもワイン。地元の若者達が、週末の夜に友達とワインを片手に会話を楽しむいわゆる居酒屋です。もちろんおつまみには南イタリアの特産品が出されます。しっかりと食べたい人のためにも、きちんと郷土料理のメニューが用意されているので、食とワインとを楽しめるお店。収容客数：中庭に約70席、室内に約80席
