サッシのサッソ・カヴェオーソ地区に位置するレストラン – パブです。このパブも、ワイナリーとして昔使用されていた洞窟を改装したものです。内部は４層に渡る洞窟空間で構成され、その広さは350平方メートル。内装は海賊船をイメージしています。週末の夜に、地元の若者達が集うパブの一つです。この構造を利用し、上部にはアメリカンスタイルのパブ、下部にはレストランが設けられています。パブで注目を浴びるのは、100種類以上のラム酒をそろえた”Rhummeria”です。そこにはラム酒愛好家が目を光らす逸品も並んでいます。収容客数：屋内約130席 屋外約40席
